Faucet leak? Blown fuse? Broken dishwasher? Shauna is on the case. She assists clients and tenants – both residential and commercial – with any maintenance issues that arise. The more she can help and problem solve the happier she is!
Shauna also enjoys the fast pace of real estate, a field she entered more than 10 years ago after studying hospitality and working as a sales administrator. She started off as a residential broker, representing both buyers and sellers, before moving into property management. Shauna’s previous role was based in Seattle, where she specialized in luxury residences.
Born and raised in Orange County, Shauna spent many years on the Central Coast before moving to Seattle. She and her husband raised their two daughters in Shell Beach, and are delighted to return to the area, which Shauna describes as “paradise.” Today they enjoy taking full advantage of the local offerings: spending time outdoors, hiking, visiting local wineries, attending music performances & spending time with family and friends.
